Week 1
You start with what you have — a brief, some thoughts, some pegs. We do our homework and draft directions before the first session.
We design your product in front of you. Live and remote. You react, we change, you decide.
No deck, no pitch. Tell us what you’re trying to get built this quarter — find out what LDS is and whether it is the right mode for you.
You have an idea. You write a brief and pull pegs, hoping they say what you mean. You ask for a pitch. The agency goes away for two weeks and comes back with something that isn't what you had in mind. So you go back and forth. Things shift. New ideas form. The brief you started with is no longer the thing you want.
By the time design is done, your engineers say the system can't do that. You're back to the start.
Six weeks. Nothing built.
3 weeks.
From idea
to screen.
Live & remote.
Week 1

Week 2 - 3
On a live call, you react to a real draft. Point at what's wrong and we fix it there. Want another direction? We design it live.
We polish the screens after every session. By session 2, invite your engineers to join the room — they confirm the system can do it before handoff, not after.
End of Week 3
Final presentation. We hand the screens, direction, and notes to your dev team.
Timing is subject to availability of the people participating in the live design sessions.
Roughly 140 hours of research, drafting, revision, and documentation
